In 1703 verkopen Adriaan, Dirk, Peter en Jan, zonen van wijlen Peter Spapen, Jan Thomas van Erven gehuwd met Maria Peter Spapen en de voogden van de minderjarige kinderen van voornoemde Jan bij Comelia Gerit Peter Adriaens, een huis, hof en erf te Goirle aan de Abcoven aan Jan Janse van der Sande. Dezelfde dag verkopen zij ook land te Goirle aan Antonij Crols, de landdeken van Breda.
Bij de verkoop van een akker aan de Abcoven in 1707 aan Laureijs Spapen worden ook genoemd Adriaan Peter Spapen en Antonij Dirk Spapen als voogden van de vier mindrjarige kinderen van Dirk Spapen.
Tenslotte verkopen Adriaan, Peter, Jan en Maria Peter Spapen in 1717 een huis aan de 'Wagtelberg' te Goirle aan Peter van Erven
