In t he first publication (GMNJ43, Sept 1968), p. 103, details #13 - Corneli us STOOTHOFF, third son of Gerret Elbertz #5 and Johanna NEVIUS, and Mari a, b. 1706, dau of Jacques CORTELOU and Altie BOERUM, of New Utrecht, Kin gs Co, and their children. Having not read this full entry, and with t he will abstract transcription above, clearly more investigation of the ST OOTHOFF/CORTELYOU connection is required; however, not having the full s et of publications, I am prevented from completing the investigation of th is connection further. note of David Tourison]
