Alberik III van M√¢con (-995) was een zoon van Leutald II van M√¢con en van Bertha. Hij volgde op jonge leeftijd zijn vader in 979 op als graaf van M√¢con, onder regentschap van zijn moeder. Zijn oom Willem, bijg. Vuilbaard, betwistte ditregentschap. Om aan het geschil een einde te maken, huwde bisschop Milo Bertha met Willem, na de nodige pauselijke dispensatie gekregen te hebben.

Hij huwde 979 met Ermentrudis van Roucy, de dochter van Ragenold van Roucy en Alberada van Lotharingen. Zij kregen mogelijk de volgende kinderen:
Létaud, aartsbisschop van Besançon
Aubry, abt van Saint-Paul de Besançon
Beatrijs van M√¢con, dochter van Aubrey II de M√¢con (974-1030), in 975 gehuwd met Godfried I van G√¢tinais daarna met Hugo du Perche.
