    Cornelis Jacobsz Hofman, Jan Jacobsz Hofman, Jacob Aldertse Henst als in huwelijk hebbende Eva Jacobs Hofman, Paulus Jansz Noonen als in huwelijk hebbende Marritje Jacobs Hofman, Pieter Harmensz Segstro als in huwelijk hebbende Aagtje Jacobs Hofman en Maarten Tromp als in huwelijk hebbende Neeltje Jacobs Hofman, zijnde de eenigste kinderen van wijlen Jacob Veltensz Hofman, en dus beneevens haare oom Willem Veltensz Hofman, woonende te Amsterdam de naast bestaande vant lijk van haare meuije Antje Veltense Hofman op den 5e october 1761 alhier overleden. Dog zoo verklaaren de gesamentlijken comparanten dat alhet geene zij comparanten met en beneevens haare oom verrigten en int werk stellen off nog sullen verrigten en int werk stellen verklaaren zij maar te doen om het lijk onder de aarde te bestellen sonder ijtwes meerder te doen off voor eerst aan te voeren en dierhalve voor de schulden die er sijn off nog op mogte koomen verklaaren zij comparanten niet in te staan nog aanspreekelijk voor te willen worden, tot voldoening der selven onder expresse protestatie gelijk zij doen bij deezen.
