Venlo. GARNIZOENSNIEUWS. Dienstjubileum.      Vrijdag a.s. hoopt de sergeant der Ie klasse Sieba van het 17e regiment den dag te herdenken, waarop hij voor 24 jaren in dienst trad. Voor het front van het regiment zal hem het zilveren eeremetaal worden uitgereikt.
