Agnes van Vliet, 9 mei 1902, Antwerpen, woont in Amsterdam, gehuwd, "Is te Amsterdam noch als J, G1 of G2 in het bevolkingsregister gesignaleerd. Gegevens omtrent het huwelijk zijn mij onbekend. Was Roomsch-Katholiek. Was Arisch."
Op 12 september stuurt Jacob Lentz, hoofd van de Rijksinspectie van de Bevolkingsregisters, alle Nederlandse burgemeesters een circulaire waarin hij meedeelt dat "de joodsche partij in een gemengd huwelijk" de gelegenheid krijgt om de 'Verklaring voor de vaststelling van een gemengd huwelijk' af te leggen. De ciculaire maakt hierbij onderscheid tussen Joodse mannen en Joodse vrouwen. Het gaat dan om Joodse mannen en vrouwen, die gehuwd of gehuwd geweest met een niet-Joodse partner, maar alleen als er kinderen zijn geboren die nog in leven zijn, en daarnaast om Joodse vrouwen die op het moment van het afleggen van de verklaring gehuwd zijn met een niet-joodse man, ook als er geen kinderen geboren zijn.

Vliet, van, Agnes, 9 mei 1902, Antwerpen (B).
Kind van de zieke (en de dan op 9 januari 1943 overleden) Israël van Vliet (z) en de al jong overleden Ernestine de Corte. Vrouw van Lion Rudelsheim (violist KCO). De broer van Lion komt om in Auschwitz. De op dat moment ernstig zieke Israël van Vliet wordt op 19 september 1942 door zijn (tweede) vrouw Hendrika van Benthem (geb. 30 mei 1903 Utrecht) opgegeven als gemengd gehuwd. Zie dossier RAN 2_40198, p.19, 20, 21. In het ouderlijk huis woonde later de Hoofdcommissaris van Politie Nijmegen, P.C. Versloot.
Wilbers besteedt apart aandacht aan de positie van Agnes: "Agnes van Vliet, 9 mei 1902, Antwerpen, woont Amsterdam, gehuwd, Is te Amsterdam noch als J, G1 of G2 in het bevolkingsregister gesignaleerd. gegevens omtrent het huwelijk zijn mij onbekend. Was Rooms-Katholiek. was Arisch".
