In 1905 vestigde hij zich in Hollland township, Kandiyohi, Minnesota.

Op FamilySearch vond ik ene Knobbe gehuwd met Annie Knobbe. De geboortedatum van Annie luidde apr 1842 en gehuwd ca 1880 en van Knobbe is geen geboortedatum aangegeven. Deze data komen ongeveer overeen met de echte data. Als deze personen Berend en Annegien zijn dan zijn ze geëmigreerd naar de VS in 1889 en hebben ze een zoon Henry Knobbe, geboren maart 1892 in Chicago.
