Er is geen overlijdensdatum bekend, maar gezien het feit dat het archief in Leiden meldt dat Adriana Carolina Voorham vanaf 01-01-1890 bij Antoon Jacob Servaas en Anna Jacoba Voermans verblijft, en het feit dat zij bij haar huwelijk tekenen als voogd en voogdes doet vermoeden dat Hendrika Voorham kort na de geboorte uit het zicht is verdwenen.
