    Dorothy Ferkinhoff was born March 29, 1923, in St. Cloud to William and Cecelia (Tillie) Ferkinhoff. She managed Cable Station Restaurant and later Clearwater Truskstop Restaurant. She also had been employed by Lantz Optical six years before retiring in 1987 and was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church.
    Survivors include her mother, St. Cloud; brothers, Theodore, Sauk Rapids; Leo, St. Cloud; and Paul, Burbank, Calif. (Obit: St. Cloud Times, June 5, 1989 pg O3B)
