Op heden den eersten Mei achttienhonderd zes en negentig, verscheen voor ons Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Zwolle, Theunis Schraa, oud twee en dertig jaren, van beroep arbeider, wonende te Zwolle, in tegenwoordigheid van twee getuigen, de eerste genaamd: Hendrik Groenenberg, oud acht en vijftig jaren, van beroep agent, wonende te Zwollen, en de tweede: Leendert Sipkes, oud zes en dertig jaren, van beroep steenhouwer, wonende te Zwolle, die ons heeft aangegeven, dat zijne echtgenoote Johanna Croes, zonder beroep, wonende te Zwolle, op den dertigsten April jongsteleden des namiddags ten half zes ure, te Zwolle, in een huis, staande in het Achterom, is bevallen van een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, aan hetwelk de voornaam is gegeven van Jan.
