Op heden den zesden October negentien honderd vier, verschenen voor ons, Willem van Eck, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Zwartsluis, Hendrik Slot, oud negen en zestig jaren, timmerman en Derk Drost, oud vijf en vijftig jaren, mattenmaker, beiden alhier wonende, die ons hebben aangegeven, dat Klaas Schraa, oud een jaar, geboren en wonende alhier, zoon van Hendrik Schraa, timmerman en Aaltje Stam, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier, op den vijfden dezer maand des namiddags te vijf ure, in het huis staande aan de Nieuwesluis alhier, is overleden. Van welke aangave wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt, die, na voorlezing, is geteekend door ons en de aangevers.
