Cornelis Schouten wonende alhier is schuldig aan Anthonie Doutsenburg concierge in de Doelen dezer stede (NB Schiedam) 1000 gld wegens geleend geld tegen een rente van 4% per jr. Waarborg vier huizen en erven met tuinen daarachter mitsgaders de branderij met de twee koperen ketels, helmen, beslagbakken, waterkuipen en alle gereedschappen annex de andere gelegen over het St Anna Susterhuis, belend Z Joris Pietersz. Opmeer en N de Vest en ‘s-heren bansloot, strekkende voor van de straat tot achter aan het erf van de erfgenamen van Cornelis Ouwater alsmede nog een huis en erf gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Dam, belend O de weduwe van Servaas Luijten en W de weduwe van Alexander van Coppenol, strekkende voor van de straat tot achter aan op de Haven.
