Heden den tiende februari negentien honderd een en twintig verscheen voor mij ambtenaar van de burgelijke stand Maria Schuurbiers oud veertig jaren zonder beroep wonende te Bergen op Zoom gehuwd met Johannes Godefridus van den Boom grondarbeider wonende alhier, die aan mij ter inschrijving in de register van den burgelijke stand heeft overlegd een afschrift van een bij verstek gewezen vonnis der Arondissiments Rechtbank te Breda van den acht en twintigste september negentien honderd twintig, waarbij is verklaard geworden dat het huwelijk tusschen Johannes Godefridus van den Boom en Maria Schuurbiers op twintig september negentien honderd alhier voltrokken door echtscheiding is ontbonden en zijnde dit vonnis op den veertiende oktober negentien honderd twintig aan den gedaagde bekend. Tevens is hierbij overlegd eene verklaring van den griffie der voormelde rechtbank van den eerste februari dezes jaars, ten bewijze strekkende dat op zijn register geen aantekening van verzet tegen gemeld vonnis is geschied.
