"De tweede jubilaris op 16 november is de heer P.Ruifrok, die alsdan den dag herdenkt wwaarop hij 25 jaar geleden in dienst der Posterijen trad. In 1913 begon de heer Ruifrok zijn postale loopbaan als besteller bij het Haarlemsche postkantoor. Doordat hij voor verscheidene examens slaagde werd hij 1e assistent.
De a.s. jubilaris was nog in Delft en Zaandam werkzaam, alvorens hij in Amsterdam assistent 1e klas werd. In 1930 kwam hij weer in dienst van het Haarlemsche postkantoor, waar hij adj. Commies posterijen werd. Thans is de heer Ruifrok nog als zoodanig werkzaam. Hij is een zeer geschikt ambtenaar en wordt als zoodanig door zijn directie zeer gewaardeerd. De heer Ruifrok is in zijn vrijen tijd voorzitter van Haarlem’s Postaal Mannenkoor. In deze functie bezit hij ook vele verdiensten, en hij tracht het koor tot grooteren bloei te brengen."
