Voor de scholtus van Raalte verschijnt Swaantje Janzen,weduwe van Hendrik Rijnties, hierbij geassisteerd door Jan Walkerink als Momber. Zij wil een tweede huwelijk aangaan. Tot voogden over haar minderjarige kinderen m.n. Willem, Henricus, Antoni,Jan, Albert,en Gerregien Rijnties worden benoemd Hendrik Rijnties en Hendricus Holleman. De weduwe zal de kinderen opvoeden en onderhouden, dit tot de mondige jaren. De kinderen zullen worden onderwezen in het schrijven en lezen. Elke zoon wordt daarna een ambacht geleerd. Iedere zoon ontvangt als hij meerderjarig zijn geworden voor het vaderlijk goed, 10.00 en het meisje een bed met toebehoren

Jannis Moleman zal in eigendom behouden het huis, het leer de kuipen en het huisraad. Daar tegenover zal hij de kinderen alimenteren voor de kost en kleren totdat zij in staat zijn te dienen. Daar zal hij elk, voor het moederlijk goed een ducaton betalen en aan het meisje de zilveren beugel met een gouden ring van haar moeder geven
