Matthys Emonts-Driesch der Junge kauft zwei Anteile von je 1/6 an Haus und Bauten auf dem Driesch zu titfeld neben den Erben des Jan Clutgens und 1/2 Kohlhof von Willem Steenmetzer und Arnold Kever als Vormündern der Kinder des verstorbenen Matthis Born und der Girtrudt Steenmetzer für 75 Pat. und von Laurens Radermeecker mit seiner Frau Barbara Steenmetzer für 74 1/2 Pat. Weinkauf und Gottesheller betragen 12 1/2 Gl. (Not. Instr. vom 23. Juli 1736.) Matthys Emonts-Driesch der Junge kauft einen Anteil an den Häusern des Peter Bloem auf dem Driesch zu Neudorf und die Hälfte von zwei Kohlhöfen, von denen der eine neben dem Käufer, Gillis Emonts-Holley und Willem Steenmetzer, der andere neben einem Grasplatz des Vaters des Käufers gen. die Drenck und dem Schroerjanshof des Johannes Heister liegt. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 53 Pat., Verkäufer ist Jan Mennecken-Holley, von dessen Schwiegereltern, dem verstorbenen Derich Steenemtzer und der Anna Kerst, das Land herkommt.

1751 Februar 18
Willem Steenmetzer kauft zwei Parzellen zu Raeren, die eine gen. Vergeffenis ist 945 Ruten 10 Fuß groß und liegt an der Aeckergatz, die andere 387 Ruten 6 Fuß große gen. Thonisbend ist Zinsgut. Verkäufer ist Johannes Heister, der Preis 1400 limb. Gl., l Müdde Hafer und l Tonne Bier als Verzichtpfennig. Der Käufer zahlt 200 Gl., den Hafer und das Bier und übernimmt für 1200 Gl. eine Schuld des Verkäufers an Leonard Thimus, die er innerhalb der nächsten zehn Jahre zurückzuzahlen verspricht. Er stellt hierfür sein neues Haus und zugehörige Güter gen. Beester und die gekauften Grundstücke als Sicherheit.

1753 März 12
Willem Steenmetzer mit seiner Frau Joanna Kreitz bekennt, von Peter Kaufman 200 Pat. == 800 Gl. erhalten zu haben. Er stellt als Sicherheit sein neues Haus, Hof und Kohlhof im Bester unter Neudorf, groß 526 Ruten 12 Fuß neben den Erben, des Peter Haveniet, 6 Morgen 45 Ruten 10 Fuß unter Raeren gen. Vergeffenis neben Peter Roedtheut und den ebenda gelegenen Tonnisbend, der 2 Morgen 87 Ruten 6 Fuß groß ist.
