Jacob Boener en Anna Kremer kopen huis aan de Minderbroeders naast de gats, van Anna's oom Stoffer Kremer en haar neef Stoffer Braetz, stammend uit de erfenis van haar grootvader Herman Kremer.

15 Juni 1605
Licentiaat Tilman Van Bree met zijn zwagers Christoffel en Frans Cremers requesteeren over het afbreken der stalling achter hun huis op het Ordt (O. L. V. Kapelletje) op de Markt ten tijde der gemutineerden.

1608 februari
Licentiaet Tilman van Bree en zijn vrouw Anna Cremers belastten hun huis op de hoek van de Markt, komende vanaf de Neerstraat aan de Sint-Joostput, met een kapitaal van 400 daalders bij het echtpaar Kochs-Oidtmans. Als bijpand stelden zij de helft van hun landerijen en weiden in de Weerd, afkomstig van haar ouders Matthis Kremer en Helwich van Wessem. Tien jaar later werd het geld afgelost door raadsheer Bree en zijn zusters.

Dochter Anna x Joannes Holtbecker. Bij de doopgetuigen van hun kinderen was Franciscus Cremers.
