--» Jan Jellema, Reinder Sevinga, Joke Koster, Tjalling Brouwer en Henoch Stuivenberg geven als geboortedatum 1290 te Oppenhuizen.

--» In historisch betrouwbare bronnen komt de familienaam Reynairde in relatie tot Oppenhuizen voor het eerst in 1328 voor. Graaf Willem III van Holland geeft dan aan Heyo Zybranszone Reynairde het schoutambt van “Opmanhusen, van Offinghewere, ende van der Prochyen van Snake buten der Poirte, ende van Wolprandeskerke”.
