Dit korfje doet nu nog steeds dienst als opbergmandje voor noten.

De zoon Lei ( rec. nr. 43) van Piet Potten kan zich herinneren dat zijn vader hem vertelde dat broeder ( Sjang) Terentius Potten ooit een genealogisch onderzoek heeft gedaan naar zijn eigen familie die afkomstig was uit Broekhuizen. Jammer genoeg is dit onderzoek verloren gegaan tijdens de tweede wereld oorlog 1940-45.
