Na overlijden van Jacob dient Jan Harksz Bouwens een bedrag uit te keren van 1500 gulden aan Pieter Evertsz Plugboer de jonge, Pieter Evertsz Plugboer de oude en aan de wettige nakomelingen van Jan Evertsz Plugboer. Jacob ondertekent het testament met Jacob Evertsz Plughboer.
