De eerste zoon krijgt een behuizing, schuur en de opstrekkende heerd land te veen en te velde, in losse huur in gebruikt door hemzelf. Ten noorden Eppo A. Edzes, ten oosten de oude Dijksterweg, ten zuiden erven Derk Geerts en vrouw, als meijers, ten westen de Veendijksloot. Doende voor een deel 45 gld. huur, aan med. doct. H.C.C. Dronrijp. Ten tweede 11 deimt land, op de oude dijk. Ten noorden Bonno Jans en wed. J. Mellema, ten oosten wed. J. Mellema, ten zuiden erven Jan Boerema, ten westen de oude Dijksterweg. Ten derde 3 deimt land, te Noordbroeksterhamrik bij het kijlhuis. Ten noorden de weg, ten oosten Reind Rotgerts, ten zuiden het diep, ten westen Hindrik Jacobs. Ten vierde de vaste beklemming van 4 deimt land, te Noordbroeksterhamrik, doende 20 gld. aan huur aan H. Klugkist en vrouw. Ten noorden de watering, ten oosten Willem Kijl, ten zuiden Albert Pieters Kijl, ten westen de Hooijlaan. Ten vijfde de vaste beklemming van 8 deimt land, op de oude dijk vallend onder het schatregister van Eexta, doende 64 gld. aan huur aan H. Amsingh in kwaliteit. Ten noorden Meerten Koerts en wed. J. Mellema, ten oosten wed. Wijpke Hindriks, ten zuiden Sebo Sijbolts, ten westen wed. Jacob Boerema. Waarde alles 31500 gld. De tweede zoon krijgt 14 deimt land, op de oude dijk vallend onder het schatregister van Eexta. Ten noorden Bottje Alberts en de oude Ae, ten oosten Otto Alberts, ten zuiden Edzo Tonkes en Bottje Alberts, ten westen de watering de oude Ae. Waarde 8400 gld. De meerwaarde voor de helft, zijnde 11550 gld., door de eerste comparant, af te lossen in 3 egale termijnen, nu, op 1 november 1799 en 1 mei 1800. Aanvaarding van de bouwlanden als de vruchten eraf zijn in 1799, de groenlanden op St. Petri of 22 februari 1800 en de behuizing op 1 mei 1800. De schulden op de boedel blijven mandelig tot hun opdeling. Getuigen: H.C.C. Dronrijp en Tjabe Kranenborg [=Tjabe R. Craanenborg].
