Hendrik van Goudoever, wijncoper, met Anna van Drakenburgh, echtelieden; Ammerentia Drakenburgh, Sophia Drakenburgh en Elisabeth Draackenburgh samen kinderen en erfgenamen van hun ouders, de laatste 3 zonodig geassisteerd door de notaris. Bij het magescheid dd 6-2-1720 was onverdeeld een vierdel tabaksland ij IJsselt in de stadsvrijheid in het nieuweland. Tussen de laatste 3 comparanten was onverdeeld een door haar (hen) bewoond uis aan de Langestraat bij de Camperbinnenpoort met de kleine woning annex. Zij willen nu deling.
De 1e comparant wordt toegescheiden het vierdel tabaksland, daarentegen zullen zij in collatie brengen en aan de gemene boedel god doen een som van 1100 gulden. Het huis en annx zal alleen toebehoren aan Ammerentia en Sophia. De laatste (Elisabeth) bekent door haar zusters voor haar 1/3 part te zijn voldaan.
