Zij verklaren dat zij op 13-2-1677 een huis hebben gekocht van Franchoijs van Beeftingh voor 600 gulden, te betalen in 3 termijnen. Het huis staat aan de ...straat, belent Gosen Andrieszn en erfgenamen van de weduwe Cortrechts.
De 1e termijnbetaling is voldaan, ze kunnen het huis niet houden.
Mede-comparaten Henrick en Jaco Craen zullen nu 200 gulden betalen en de rest in mei 1680, ieder 50 gulden, en Benjamin Craen 100 gulden.
Verder zal men proberen het huis te verkopen. Indien het huis meer of minder opbrengt komt dit aan Levy en vrouw.
Als het huis niet verkocht wordt gaat de helft naar Henrick en Jacob en de andere helft naar Benjamin Craen.
