Notes about Aert Aelbertsen de Bije

In 1627 dragen Jan Quirijnsz, Jan Aelbertsz en Henrick Aelbertsz de Bie hun recht in een boomgaard te Ophemert over aan Aert Aelbertsz. In 1627 draagt Jan van Beest een boomgaard te Ophemert over aan Aert Aelbertsz, gelegen beneden de St. Lambertuskerk en zuidelijk van Aelbert Jansz. Aert Aelbertsen koopt in oktober 1639 4 hont boomgaard van en thijnsplichtig aan schepen Gerard Jan Claesz. In april 1640 kopen Aert Aelberts en Adriaen Cornelisz 5 hont boulant op de Aelsacker gelegen tegen de Varickse wetering. Zij kopen dit perceel van Hermen Stevens Verbeeck waarna zij 700 carolus gulden aan hem schuldig zijn. Aert Aelberts is in 1642 dijkplichtig aan de Schoordijck tot Ophemert onder de Meulenwerff. In december 1643 koopt Aert Aelberts de Bie van Jacob Gerrits Cock beneden de Vicarijein den Gulhof de thijns van een stuk grond genaamd Mellershoff. In mei 1644 blijkt hij er ten westen van te wonen. In januari 1648 koopt Aert Aelbertsen de Bije 11 hont lant op de Uijlicke van Willem Reijniers, Jan Reijniers en Metghen Reijniers. Aert had hier al land naast liggen. Hij leent dan 930 carolus gulden van Aert Peterse Schipper en Jan de Haes, beide wonende op Fort Nassau (Heerewaarden).
