Op de zelfde dag tekent hij een akte waarbij hij aan zijn kinderen ieder een bedrag van 150,- gulden legateert bij het bereiken van de 25 jarige leeftijd of eerder bij huwelijk. Aanleiding tot deze akte is zijn voornemen op nieuw een huwelijk aan te gaan.
