Testament van David van Aken, mr. mandenmaker te Brielle. Hij prelegateert ter voldoening aan het testament dat hij op 5-9-1769 maakte met zijn Anna van Balen: aan hun zoon Huibert van Aken de mandenmakerswinkel met toebehoren en een bed; aanhun dochter Leuntje van Aken f 100 en een bed met toebehoren. Aan zijn dochter Maaike van Aken uit vroeger huwelijk met Dingena Swang prelegateert hij f 100 en een bed met toebehoren en uit grote genegenheid ook de kleding nagelaten door zijn vrouw Anna van Balen. Het huis aan de westzijde van het Zuideinde komt aan genoemde zoon Huibert, mits die een hypotheek van f 225 overneemt en f 400 betaalt. Universeel erfgenamen zijn zijn kinderen: Elisabeth van Aken, huisvrouw van Kornelis van Sina te Brielle, Johanna van Aken, huisvrouw van Pieter van Stralen te Dordrecht, Jaapje van Aken mede te Dordrecht, de nagelaten kinderen van Johannes van Aken, te weten Chrisje van Aken te Rotterdam en Jacob van Aken te Schiedam, en eerder genoemde Huibert, Leuntje en Maaike. Executeurs zijn Kornelis van Sina te Brielle, zoon Huibert en kleinzoon Jacob. Seclusie weesmeesters. Getuigen Hendrik Welman en Johannes Boel. Testateur is beneden f 2000 gegoed.
