Notes about Gerrit Dickers

Hij is de zoon van Jacob Dickerts, herbergier in "de Postwagen" of "Scholten" en van Geertrui Cock.
Gerrit is naast herbergier ook pachter van de accijnzen op 'brandewijn en tabak'. Tevens is hij in de periode 1681-1728 keurnoot in Holten.
Hij wordt in 1694 aangeslagen voor een vermogen van 1500 gld. en in 1716 voor 14 gld. en 8 st. verponding.
RA. Op 06-01-1683 draagt de heer Gerhard Marienburgh, rentmeester van Diepenveen, aan de edele Gerrit Dickers en vrouw Fenneken Egberts en erfgenamen, een stukje land over.
RA. Op 15-02-1704 "erschenen in desen edelen gerigte Garrit Dickers weduwenaer, van voornemen sijnde sich te verandersaten, heeft ten overstaende van de aengestelde momboiren Jan Dickers en Jan Meerman, over sijn kinderen ehelijk bij Fenneken Egberts geprocreert ten getaale van agte, naementlijk Jacob, Egbert, Garrit, Jan, noch eens Jan, Ida, Geertruit, noch eens Geertruit, dit volgende maeggescheij ofte uitcoop, ten overstaen van 't gerigte over haer aenbestorvene moederlijke goet opgesegt" enz.
