De akten 1106 en 1107 worden pas op 3 april 1873 geregistreerd in Lochem, waarvan de kosten bedragen 2,40 guldens regte en 0,91 opcenten.

Na het overlijden van Gerrit Jan erft Klasina Johanna Stegink de boerderij.
Zij hertrouwt op 05-06-1874 te Laren (Gld) met Derk Jan Veltkamp, geboren op 30-11-1841 en overleden op 19-03-1927 beide in Laren (Gld), zoon van Mannes Veltkamp en Garritje Waarle.
