      dat hij als Nederlander gedurende de vijandelijkheden van het Rijk in Europa:
      1. tot het einde der bezettting als lid is aangesloten gebleven bij de Nationaal Socialistische Beweging der Nederlanden; (NSB) waarbij het zich in 1938 als lid had aangesloten;
      2. haar propaganda heeft bevorderd of verspreid door het NSB-insigne te dragen en propagandabiljetten voor de ramen zijner woning te hebben;
      3. hulp en steun heeft verleend aan den vijand, diens handlangers of medewerkers, doordien hij in dienst is getreden bij de Hulplandwacht en als hulplandwachter, gewapend met een jachtgeweer, heeft dienst gedaan;
      op grond van welk handelen hij geacht moet worden zich desbewust te hebben gedragen in strijd met de belangen van het Nederlandsche volk.

      De uitspraak legt de navolgende maatregelen op:
      1. Interneering, waarbij in overweging gegeven wordt den tijdsduur te beperken tot twee jaren en daarop in mindering te brengen den door beschuldigde vanaf 28-4-1945 in voor-interneering doorgebrachten tijd, zoodat de interneering behoort te eindigen op 28-04-1947;
      2. Ontzetting van het recht van kiezen en verkiesbaarheid bij krachtens wettelijk voorschrift uitgeschreven verkiezingen;
