1761-10- 6. Jan Groot Mensinck en Henders Klein Ilsinck, halve broeder en zusterskinderen.
Bij de "Echtordnung off ordonnantie op de houwelycken", 26 Mei 1597 door stadhouder, kanselier en raden van Gelderland uitgevaardigd, werd, naast handhaving van de voordien geldende bepalingen, tevens het huwelijk tussen neef en nicht verboden. Deze ordonnantie, opnieuw uitgevaardigd in 1627 en 1658, werd 9 October 1660 vervangen door een nieuwe, waarin naast het verboden huwelijk tussen neef en nicht (art. X) andere graden van verwantschap worden opgenoemd, waartussen een huwelijk verboden was.
