Beschreibung : Vor Otte Frenckinch, Richter des Bischofs von Münster zu Bocholt, verkaufen Lubbert van Remen, Evert, Gert, Alef und Sweder, seine Söhne, dem Hermann van Dyepenbroke und dessen Frau Ida (Tochter des gen. Verkäufers), das Gut "Luttiken Berchusen" im Kirchspiel Rhede (Rede) Bauerschaft "Olden-Rede", bei dem Gute "to groten Berchusen", und außerdem den Dienst, den die Eigenhörigen der Güter "to groten Berchusen, ten Spolder und Medelvessynch" zu leisten haben, den sie sich beim Verkauf dieser Güter ausdrücklich vorbehalten haben. Zeugen: Steven dye Wyman und Evert van Rede.
