N° 529 In het jaar negentienhonderdvijf, den twaalfden der maand April is voor ons Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der gemeente Leiden verschenen: Heinrich Joseph Welling oud eenenveertig jaren, winkelier wonende te Leiden, welke ons heeft verklaard dat Anna Maria Hubertina Poell, zonder beroep wo- nende te Leiden, zijne huisvrouw, te zijnen huize op den elfden April negentienhonderd vijf, des voormiddags te halftien uren, bevallen is van een kind van het vrouwlijk geslacht, aan hetwelk hij bij deze geeft de voornamen van Anna Maria Antonia
Van welke verklaring wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt in tegenwoordigheid van Dirk Kota, oud eenendertig jaren, manufacturier wonende te Leiden en van Lambertus Jacobus Hensing, oud drieendertig jaren, behanger, wonende te Leiden. En is deze akte, na gedane voorlezing, door ons den declarant en de getuigen geteekend.
