    De gemelde verklaring en voorstelling is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Jan Rensenbrink oud zes en dertig jaren, van beroep Klompmaker wonende te Oudover en van Jan Bergman oud veertig jaren, van beroep Klompmaker wonende te Oudover.
    En hebben de Declarant en Getuigen deze acte van Gebooorte, na dat hun dezelve was voorgelezen met ons ondertekend, met uitzondering van Jan Rensenbrink welke verklaarde niet te kunnen schrijven.
