oud acht en twintig jaren, van beroep slagter, wonende te Oudewater, dewlke ons heeft verklaard,


dat op Donderdag den drie en twintigsten der maand Januarij dezes jaars, des namiddags ten een


ure, te Oudewater is Geboren een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, uit


Jozepha Cornelia van Oostveen,


zonder beroep, zijne huisvrouw en aan dat kind te willen geven de voornaam van Antonie.


Welke aangifte en verklaring zijn geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Willem van den IJssel, oud twee


en veertig jaren, van beroep slagter, wonende te Oudewater en van Jacob van der Bree, oud die en


vijftig jaren, van beroep gemeente-bode wonende te Oudewater als getuigen.


En hebben wij deze Akte, na gedane voorlezing, geteekend met den aangever en de beide getuigen.
