Op 3-9-1897 wordt Martinus Ivits met Hendrina Verschueren uitgeschreven van Woensel naar Den Haag en woont vanaf 3-9-1897 ook in de van Ostadestraat 235. Op 19-1-1903 wordt op de Van ostadestraat 235 ook de dochter van Martinus: Catharina (Cato), bijgeschreven met als beroep werkster. Op 2 febr 1906 wordt in de overlijdensadvertentie van Johannes Martinus van Berlo het adres v Ostadestraat 145 genoemd.
Van 22-9-1921 tm 1-9-1922 verblijft Johanna Cornelia Berlo bij hen.
