Aangegeven op 27-05-1864 des namiddags ten half een ure door Zegert van Rijn, 32 jr, arbeider, wonende te Katwijk aan Zee en Gijsbert van Rijn, 58 jr, voerman, wonende te Katwijk aan Zee; zijnde de eerste vader en de tweede grootvader van de overledene.
