Aelbert Willemsz de Cruijff is geboren omstreeks 1585 [bron: CvS], zoon van Willem Hermansz de Cruijff en Jannigje Aelbertsdr van Noort. Aelbert is overleden vóór zondag 16-02-1653 in Overlangbroek, ongeveer 68 jaar oud [bron: CvS].
Notitie bij Aelbert: ;Woonde in 1622-1624 in Doorn. Daarna is hij boer te Overlangbroek.
In 1622 is hij borg voor zijn vader i.v.m. de tienden van "de Roethard" te Overlangbroek. (tiende of tiendrecht is een vorm van winstbelasting, waarbij men 1/10 deel van de opbrengst dient te betalen)
In 1627 werd hij benoemd tot schepen van Overlangbroek. Pacht van 1633-1653 drievierde deel van 65 morgen en 354 roeden van de Dom te Utrecht.

Aelbert trouwde, ongeveer 32 jaar oud, vóór 1617 met Gerrichgen Dircksdr, ongeveer 25 jaar oud. Gerrichgen is geboren omstreeks 1592. Gerrichgen is overleden vóór zondag 16-02-1653 in Overlangbroek, ongeveer 61 jaar oud.
