    - Op 06-04-1784 laten Taadje Pieters Swarelant en Aldert Hendriksz Bijpost een notariele akte opstellen. Hierin worden genoemd uit het eerste huwelijk van Taadje met Jan Lichthart: Trijntje, Neeltje en Jacob. Uit dit huwelijk wordt Jan Aldertsz Bijpost vermeld.
    Trijntje wordt begunstigd met een obligatie a f1400,- a 3% per jaar ten laste van Jacob Nieuweboer op de Blokhuizen onder Oude Niedorp, nog een obligatie a f250,- a 3% per jaar ten laste van Rens Blokhuis te Blokhuizen, in geld f849.50.12 en tot slot schuldig in suyver vrijen gelde 1000 caroli guldens.
    Neeltje wordt begunstigd met 2 stukken weiland van 24 geersen in Westerkampenerpolder bij de Blokhuizen, op dezelfde locatie nog 20 geersen en 3 sneesen en een stuk zaadland in de Slootgaarderpolder onder Oude Niedorp.
    Jacob wordt begunstigd met een boerenhuis, erf, 49 geersen weide en zaadland (totaal 53 geersen en 4 snees). Het goed is afkomstig van Pieter Klaas en gelegen op de Blokhuizen en Westerkampenpolder onder Oude Niedorp. Op dezelfde locatie nog een stuk weiland van 4 geersen en 4 sneesen afkomstig van Halfswaas erven te Schagen en tot slot een obligatie van f1200.- die hij reeds heeft mogen ontvangen.
    De dochters worden ook begunstigd met alle klederen zowel linnen als wollen en al het goud zilver en verdere van hun moeder.
