Hij vertrok in 1725 met attestatie naar de Jisperweg te Beemster, hij woonde van 1726 tot 1731 op de Van kerk tot Dekkerstraat te Beemster, van 1731 tot 1751 op de Rijperweg te Beemster. In 1751 verhuisde hij en zijn vrouw Neeltje Remmitsdr Swart, beide met attestatie naar Wormer.

Pieter Jansz. Heijloo, Jan Rensz. Heijloo en Jan Cornelisz. Heijloo, alle wonende in de Beemster, erfgenamen van Aaltje Pieters, mede voor de meerdere erfgenamen, verkopen voor ƒ560,00 aan Joost Remmersz. en Aldert Meut een huis en pakhuis met erf op de Tuijnbuurt. De straat en het pad strekt door het erf heen. De gang beoosten dit huis samen met de erven van Johannes de Nijs. Van de straat af zuidaan zo verre desselver bakkerij strekt. Met Louris Kostelik moet een schikking getroffen worden over het kookhuis. Belending: tenoosten de erfgemamen van Johannes de Nijs, tenwesten Louris Kostelik, tenzuiden en tennoorden de havens.
Datum: 6 mei 1741. De Rijp, Oud Recht, Inv. Nr. 6382. Bewerking van Marianne Teunis.
