Voor 1810 kwam hij vanaf Harkebuurt 5 (Noorderbuurt) met zijn 2e echtgenote in Zanddijkshuis wonen.

Voor de collecte om vrijwillifers voor Napoleon te werven gaf Pieter in 1810 twintig gulden en zijn twee knechten elk een gulden.

Notaris Beets maakte in 1813 voor Pieter en Mariojtje een testament. Zij vertrokken daarna naar Noorderbuurt, Harkebuurt 5, Die boerderij was haar eigendom geworden.
