De aanstaande echtgenoot heeft mij verklaard, dat hij als zijne erkend, het kind van de mannelijke kunne, uit zijn aanstaande echtgenote geboren, de dertiende Februari achttienhonderd zevenennegentig te Duivendijke in allen met de naam Marinus Dingenus Westdorp ingeschreven onder naam des kind en door de moeder erkend.
De aanstaande echtgenote heeft voorts verklaard, dat zij aan hare aanstaande echtgenoot toestemming tot die erkenning heeft verleend, en hoewel uit de hierbij gevraagde geboorte acte blijkt dat er een verschil in spelling van de naam (Westdorp/Wesdorp) bestaat, hebben toch de aanstaande echtgenoten en de hierna temelden getuigen onder eede verklaard, dat hiermede hetzelfde kind wordt bedoeld.
