Gezien de ten deze ingewonnen berigt mitsgaders het rapport van Onzen Minister van Justitie van den 14 Januari 1874, 2de Afd., no. 162, gelet op de art. 86 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek hebben goedgevonden en verstaan aan de voornoemde personen met vrijstelling der aldaar voorkomende bepalingen, het aangaan van een huwelijk te vergunnen, wordende de bevoegde ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand gelast om van deze Onze vrijstelling op desselfs register aantekening te houden.
Onze Minister van Justitie is belast met de uitvoering dezes.
