Waar in dit trouwboek de eerste voornaam van bruid of bruidegom in de eerste naamval staat en de tweede in de tweede naamval is ervan uitgegaan dat dit de voornaam van de vader is; dus Joannes Wilhelmi Kuijpers werd Joannes Willemse Kuijpers.
Er is van uitgegaan dat de procamatiën zijn gehouden in de plaats waar het paar in ondertrouw was gegaan; werden zij ook in een andere plaats gehouden dan is dat aangegeven onder "Ctrl G", (Gebeurtenissen).
In de meeste gevallen wordt als plaats voor ondertrouw en huwelijk gegeven Oudheusden; hieronder te verstaan de heerlijkheid Oudheusden, Hulten en Elshout.
In kopie aanwezig op het Streekarchief Land van Heusden en Altena.

Hic terminatur Register Sacramentaliter Conjunctorum sub Reverendo Domino Joanne Gerardo van Asten Pastore hujus civitatis, cui defuncto successi Reverd Dominus Joannes Carolus van der Horst, 5a Augusti 1795.
