Jan Jans Harberts koopt op 5.3.1759 van Jan Harberts Jolingh te Veele "seeckere behuisinghe, tuin en hof tot an de dwarssloot achter gemelde behuisinge te Veenhuisen" Op 21.6.1803 dragen bij de scheiding van de vaderlijke en moederlijke boedel de kinderen van Jan Jans Harberts en Trijntje Hindriks de bezittingen te Veenhuizen over aan hun broer Willem. Willem Jans overlijdt in 1804/1805 ongehuwd. Zijn broers en zussen verkopen de bezittingen op 5 april 1805 aan Jan Geerts Bots en Berend Oolders. Op 3 juli 1805 verkoopt Berend Oolders zijn deel aan Jan Geerts Bots. Hiermee is de grond met daarop het huis met het huisnummer 1a, die door Alver Alberts Buttes of zijn weduwe zijn verkocht, weer tijdelijk terug bij het Buttes. Tijdelijk, want in 1829, bij de invoering van het kadaster, zijn de percelen, kadastraal bekend met de nummers 624, en 625, in bezit van Wubbe Wubbes Reupers, die het tussen 1810 en 1829 gekocht moet hebben.
