'De Keijser' was een herberg die vooral door scheepslui werd bezocht, vanwege de ligging om de hoek bij de Rode Torenpoort en het Zwarte Water, wat de hoofdverkeersader over water in Zwolle was. Het is later een wijnhandel/schenkerij geweest en er is nu (2010) een antiekzaak in gevestigd. Adres: Melkmarkt 58.
