Johanna Berendina Roeloffzen is geboren op 21 -11- 1869 te Steenderen, zij is de dochter van Hendrikus Johannes Roeloffzen (geboren op 9-10-1817) en (huwelijk 19-2-1862 in Hengelo) Elisabetha Berendina Siemes geb. 17-1-1835 te 'sHeerenberg (dochter van Geerlich Siemes en Theodora Wenting).
Hendrikus kocht de boerderij in de Reigertsvoort (nu Voortseweg 9 te Steenderen) op 10-1-1876 voor fl. 6000,00 van zijn vader Christianus Gerhardus Martinus Wilhelmus (GERRIT) Roeloffzen gedoopt op 21-3-1795 te Zutphen. Hij erfde o.a. 50 ha grond van zijn grootouders woonde op het Nijhof of Altena , nu Kerkstraat 6 Keyenborg, huwde met Joanna Spall dochter van Johannes Spall en Juditha Straatmans. Gerrit was van 1836 tot zijn overlijden in 1876 gemee nteraadslid van Hengelo en vanaf 1851 wethouder.
