Joseph Wannet is geboren in 1752 in Iragna het Italiaans sprekende deel van Zwitserland.
Ik heb daar onderzoek gedaan ter plekke.
Hij is overleden in Bemmel op 15 december 1810
Hij trouwt op 25 september 1786 in Bemmel Petronella Polman.
Zij is geboren 13 Januari 1765 in Bemmel
Overleden in Bemmel op 12 Januari 1838.

De vader van Joseph Vaneti ( Wannet) is Antonio Vaneti.
Ik ben er vrijwel zeker van dat alle Wannet in Nederland afstammen van Antonio.
Hij had 5 kinderen ( 3 zonen en twee dochters.)
Alle 3 de zonen zijn in Nederland terecht gekomen.
Te weten Guiseppe ( Joseph )
Gregorius en Martino
De helft van de familie Wannet heeft nog de Italiaanse achternaam.
Ik heb een gerechtelijk stuk waaruit blijkt dat een Wannet zijn officiële naam terug wilde.
Joseph Wannet en Petronella Polman waren getuigen .
Ik zal kijken of ik in mijn archief Gerard Jozef Maria kan vinden.
