    tot agter ten oorden, ten halven Pruijmstraat, belendende ten Oosten
    Juffr. de weduwe Cortenes, ten westen Mattheus Erkemeij ende dat omme
    een somma van 255 gulden. (Notaris Foreest 04-05-1737)

    Op 13 november 1737, na het overlijden van zijn vrouw Geertruij, worden
    als voogd over zijn minderjarige kinderen aangesteld; Hendrik Knijff en
    Mattheus Erkemey (bron: RAU mt005a003)

    Op 18 februari 1738 koopt Hendrikus van Wijngaarden een boomgaard buiten
    de Heeswijkerpoort van Jan van Baasdurp.

    Op 8 juni 1739 neemt Hendricus Jansz van Wijngaarden de voogdij aan over
    de kinderen van zijn broer Jan.

    In 1749 werd Hendrikus Jansz van Wijngaarden aangeslagen in de belasting
    over een morgen en 350 roeden land in de Vrijheid van de stad
    (Montfoort) Bron: invent.nr. 252 Impost op Tabak, Hennip, Vlas en
    Boomgaarden.
