      Jan was eigenaar van het huis en de hof waar hij woonde. In 1639 kocht Joannes 60 kleine roeden akkerland aan de poel (bij Grijzegrubben?) voor 23 stuiver per kleine roede. 


      Het aantal kinderen is niet zeker. Het waren er minstens 5, maar vermoedelijk 8.
