RAL-LvO 2135, 95: Op 12 september 1719 kocht de nog ongehuwde Claes Leuffkens van Rijck Wederkints, gehuwd met Gertruijt Ruijters, alsmede de andere erfgenamen van Simon Ruijters, drie morgen akkerland te Vaesrade "achter steijnberger busschken", grenzend aan het voetpad, het bos van Klockers en Nijs Aelffers. Ieder kleine roede kostte 13 1/2 stuiver.

RAL-LvO 2135, 17: Op 30 mei 1720 kocht de nog ongehuwde Claes Leuffkens van van schout Tosses van Vaesrade een bunder en twee kleine roeden weiland te Vaesrade, grenzend aan schepen Mannens, erfgenamen Paulus Hermens, de straat en het veld, voor 100 pattacons. Het geheel was belast met het tweederde deel in een vat rogge aan de kosterij van Nuth. 30 pattacons werden ter plekke betaald, 45 pattacons zouden betaald worden tegen St.-Jan de Doper en de rest tegen St.-Remigius.

RAL-LvO 2135, 268: Op 18 november 1743 verkocht Frans Coenen, gehuwd met Catharina Meutiens, aan Claes Leuffkens, gehuwd met Metjen Crijns, een

Tevens verkocht hij aan Claes Leuffkens 96 kleine roeden akkerland "aen den Bick" onder Vaesrade, grenzend aan Claes Leuffkens, de weduwe Jan Schuttiens, en het paadje. Iedere roede kostte 23 stuivers, hetgeen met de bijkomende kosten een totaalbedrag van 242 gulden en 13 stuivers opleverde.
